All rates and fees will be confirmed and are subject to change

SCHEDULING SERVICE REQUESTS
To request your services please go to wagthiswayaz.com (also Wag AZ herein) and go to log in or to create an account. Please call 480-524-1639 if you need assistance making your requests online. Once your service has been requested, you will receive a text or email confirming your request within 24 hours.

PAYMENT PROCESS
Wag This Way Pet Sitting LLC has a payment policy to have a valid credit card on file. Charges will be processed prior to the end of the requested service. Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. No cash or checks.

SCHEDULING CHANGES
If you have any last-minute booking requests/cancellations, please call 480-524-1639. Any last-minute requests/cancellations communicated via email, text, or in the client portal may not be responded to in a timely manner.

BUSINESS HOURS
Business hours for phone calls and texts are Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm, Saturday 9 am-1 pm and Sundays Closed. Voicemails, emails, and texts are monitored throughout each day. Messages after business hours will be returned on the following Business Day. Pet Sitting hours are 7 days a week including holidays unless this pet sitter is away too!

EMERGENCY PET CARE AUTHORIZATION
While your pet is in my care you will need to contact your veterinarian’s office to add me to your account in the event of your pet’s illness or if a medical emergency arises.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for NON-HOLIDAY SERVICES: For all services except Play Dates, cancellations must be made two (2) days prior to your first scheduled service request. Cancellations made less than two (2) days are subject to a 20% cancellation fee at Wag AZ’s discretion.

For Vacations (Boarding) at Vicki’s: In the event you arrive home early from your scheduled service request, you will be required to pay for the last night’s stay and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the remaining days left on said booking request at Wag AZ’s discretion.

For Drop-In Visits: In the event you arrive home early and do not require your last visit requested, there will not be a charge if notice is given before I arrive. If I arrive and you are home, there will be a charge for that visit. Depending on the number of visits remaining a 15% cancellation fee may be applied.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS
Holiday Cancellations for the holidays listed must be made no later than 14 days in advance of requested service dates during the holidays of Thanksgiving, the Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day. Cancellations not made 14 days prior to your booked service date during the Holidays listed will be charged a 25% cancellation fee based on your booking request.

For Drop-in Visits and early arrival home the above in No. 8 and 9 apply, however, there will be a 20% cancellation fee.

HOLIDAY SURCHARGES
There will be an additional 20% surcharge on all services and each visit for the holidays listed below: Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday), July 3rd and 4th, Labor Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday), Thanksgiving Day and Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

EXTENDED SERVICE BOOKING REQUEST—NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
If your service request is 15 days or more, you will be charged a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of making your request. If the booking request is canceled, regardless of the time frame, there will not be any additional cancellation fee as listed in Nos. 8 and 9 above.

DAILY DROP-IN VISITS
Daily Drop-In Visit hours are 7 am-9 pm. More urgent bookings are prioritized first, such as dogs needing medication, pets without a doggy door, and seniors. If you need to request a specific time for your dog to go out, please notify the office or add a note in the Client portal when making your request under “COMMUNICATION” – “Notes From Client” when making your request and we will do our best to accommodate you and your pet’s needs.

VACATIONS/DAYCARE HOURS
Please arrange a mutually agreed upon time for your dog(s) arrival and departure. Recommended time-frames for vacation drop-off are between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Daycare is typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

*Please add Drop Off and Pick Up times for Day Care and Vacations in the COMMUNICATION section under “Notes from Client” in our scheduling system.

**For Pickup times for our vacation guests – If after 2 pm on the last day of service, there will be an additional Day Care charge. If after 9 pm there will be an additional night’s charge added.

VISITORS AT YOUR HOME
Due to our insurance and the safety of your pet, we do not accept other people visiting or caring for your pet while we are scheduled for daily check-ins. If there is someone else at the property without prior notice, we will call the owner to notify them and service will be canceled for that day. Charges will be made during that time. Wag This Way Pet Sitting LLC accepts no responsibility for the security of the premises or loss if other individuals have access to a client’s home unless such damage is caused by the negligent act of sitters representing Wag This Way Pet Sitting LLC. If the home is not properly secured by the client, prior to the pet-sitting visits any damage or loss to the premises is not the responsibility of Wag This Way Pet Sitting LLC.

MEET & GREET
We offer a complimentary Meet & Greet to get to know you and your pet before booking an appointment. We want to make sure it is a good fit for both you and your pet, as well as ourselves. Please let us know if you need to cancel your Meet & Greet within at least 24 hours in advance if possible by calling 480-524-1639. If you wish to have an additional Meet & Greet, after the first Meet and Greet is completed, there will be a $15 fee. You will need to make your request online as 2nd Meet & Greet and have your credit card on file.

KEYS
Wag This Way Pet Sitting LLC requires a working key or a lockbox and/or entry code at our scheduled meet and greet before your first scheduled visit. The client/owner of the property is responsible for maintaining that all keys or lock box w/keys, and/or entry code provided work to ensure access to your residence. If the client is providing a lock box, a key will need to be provided prior to a first-time visit for the client to ensure everything works. We can drop off the key at the end of your scheduled visit with Wag This Way Pet Sitting LLC unless service will be ongoing for daily walks, drop-in visits, emergency visits, and multiple visits scheduled. A $15 key drop-off and a $15 pick-up fee may be charged if there are multiple visits scheduled and you wish to have your key returned between visits.

VACCINATIONS
All dogs staying for vacation or for play dates must be up to date on shots and provide vaccination records at the time of stay. You may add vaccinations to your online account.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Wag This Way Pet Sitting LLC and Precise Petcare do not disclose any of your information to any third party, and all information received is considered confidential and private.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Wag This Way Pet Sitting LLC may use photos of your pets in their social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms, from prior daily check-in visits, dog walks, or boardings. You are giving us permission to use photos of your pets by agreeing to these policies.

By submitting the Client Policy Agreement and booking with Wag This Way Pet Sitting LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Client Policy Agreement. All policies and guidelines are subject to change.
